Please note, checks will be carried out at the turnstiles to prove any concessionary ticket eligibility, so please bring appropriate ID.
• You will not be able to select an U12 ticket option until you have added an adult or concession ticket to your basket. Once you have added those, the U12 dropdown should appear. U12s are not allowed into the ground unaccompanied and should have an adult attending with them.

Your ticket(s) containing your QR code(s) will be emailed to you shortly after purchase. Please check your spam/junk folders.
• You are eligible for a concession ticket if you are aged 60 or over, or are in full-time education.
• You are eligible for a youth ticket if you are aged 12-17.
• U12s tickets must be purchased with an adult ticket and they should be accompanied into the ground by an adult.
• If you require a carer ticket, please state in the order notes when buying regular tickets and send a copy of DLA/PIP qualification proof if you have not previously done so to info@eufc.co.uk Or simply email us a request and we’ll help you out. We require 24 hours notice to issue carer tickets.
