Your guide to buying matchday tickets

Online ticketing is much more convenient for supporters who do not have to queue at our ticket windows to buy on the day.

Furthermore, advance ticket purchase aids crowd and catering planning for club staff and eases congestion for our supporters and matchday staff.

We strongly advise that you do purchase online, but we do also operate ticket windows on matchdays up to kick-off time.

These are located to the right of the stadium’s main reception entrance but we advise that there may be queues.

Please note that you cannot obtain tickets or pay at the turnstiles. You must either purchase online or at the ticket windows.

* Some matches may be advertised as ticket only, in which case tickets will either need to be purchased online or in advance of matchdays. Any such eventuality will be communicated by our usual club channels in advance.

After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not your ticket, it is just a summary of the order you have made and the reference number for the booking.

You will also receive a separate e-ticket email with your tickets attached in a PDF file. The QR code can be scanned at the turnstiles from either your phone or a printout.

If you have not received your emailed ticket before the game, you can report to our reception who will have ticket purchases on a checklist.

HOWEVER, IT IS MUCH QUICKER AND EASIER TO BUY YOUR TICKET AND CHECK BEFORE THE MATCHDAY ITSELF AS THEN WE CAN ENSURE ANY MISSING TICKETS ARE SENT TO YOU IN GOOD TIME.

There is seating in three of the four sides of the Kuflink Stadium. Season-ticket holders only may reserve a seat for the season (these seats are indicated by reserved stickers) – all other seats can be used without booking in advance on a first-come, first-served basis on matchdays.

Your tickets should be sent within 30 minutes of purchase. If they do not, please email us on info@eufc.co.uk or call 01474 533796 at the earliest opportunity.

We can resend tickets or divert them to another email address.

Please do check your spam/junk folders, however, and add us to your safe senders list as we have no control over where a ticket is delivered to by your mail provider (very occasionally, some Microsoft-based accounts – Hotmail, Outlook.com and Live email addresses – can be delayed, which is out of our control).

If possible, do please purchase tickets as far in advance as possible so that we have plenty of time to iron out any issues you may have. Issues on matchday are more difficult for staff to address in good time.

Online ticket sales will generally stop at 12.00pm for 3.00pm kick-offs and 5.00pm for evening kick-offs unless otherwise advertised. It is advisable to have purchased your ticket in advance of the day so that we can help if you have any issues.

We would recommend you printing it as a backup, though the QR code on your phone screen can also be scanned at the turnstiles.

The tickets you have for a postponed game will be valid for the rearranged date – simply keep them safe. The QR code will still be valid.

Likewise, ticket holders for abandoned games will be able to transfer them to the replayed date.

If you cannot attend a rearranged fixture, you may request a refund or transfer toanother game by emailing info@eufc.co.uk

Tickets can be refunded up to certain times – for Saturday games only before 12pm on the Friday before. And for Tuesday games, before 12pm on the Monday before.

Tickets are not refundable after the event if the match proceeds as planned at the advertised date and time and you were unable to attend.

Your data will only be used by Ebbsfleet United FC. It will not be sold to third parties. We will occasionally get in touch with online offers and promotions associated with the football club.
