Ticket Instructions
From our homepage at fleetlive.club, you can access match tickets by clicking on the MATCHDAY TICKETS menu option, or the button that says GET YOUR TICKETS NOW.
By scrolling down the homepage, you can also see the matches currently available and click on the relevant one to book.
Our Matchday Tickets page presents all available games for booking with dates and kick-off times. If you have not done so in the step above, click on the relevant match to enter the booking area.
In the match of your choice, select the Ticket Type (Adult, Concession, etc) in the dropdown menu. For some games, you may also have the option of which stand to choose. Again, select if applicable from the dropdown menu.
Beneath the dropdown menus you will be able to add quantities if you wish to buy more than one ticket. Simply add the quantity for your chosen ticket type in the box and when finished click ADD TO CART.
When ready to checkout, you can select the VIEW CART button that appears at the top of the page or click the bag icon in the top right corner.
A window showing your ticket order will display. You can delete and start over or make changes to the quantity here. Once satisfied, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
This is the billing window – enter your contact details down the left and the attendee ticket details on the right. Tickets will be sent to the email address you enter in the left column.
Enter your credit card details with our secure payment provider and click PLACE ORDER to complete the order.
If payment is successful, an order window will display with details of your booking. Now check your email address for a receipt, which will be followed shortly after that by your matchday tickets.
IMPORTANT
You will receive an emailed receipt – these are not your purchased tickets.
A second email will arrive from Ebbsfleet United Ticketing titled EUFC TICKETS looking like the image on the left. The email will contain a QR code (or multiple codes if you have purchased more than one ticket). Your tickets will also be attached as a PDF.
You can print them out to show at the turnstiles to be scanned or simply bring your phone with the QR code tickets displayed.
Show your codes/printed tickets to the turnstile operator who will scan you in…. then enjoy the game and book for your next Fleet match!
NB. Please check your spam/junk folders as we have no control over where your email provider sends our emails. Please also add us to any safe sender list to ensure tickets arrive promptly in your inbox. For any issues with ticket arrival, please email us at [email protected] in good time before matchday.
